Hello, I'm Maria Moreno, the heart and soul behind Mindful Mother. Born in Colombia and raised in Broward County, I wear many hats - wife, mother of two, and passionate coach dedicated to supporting fellow moms on their journey to better sleep, mental wellness, and empowered motherhood.

My own experiences with sleep deprivation and postpartum challenges led me to transition from classroom teaching to the world of sleep consulting and motherhood coaching. I felt compelled to bridge the gap in support for mothers, especially during the vulnerable postpartum period, which inspired me to develop a range of programs aimed at helping moms navigate parenthood without feeling overwhelmed or burnt out.

As a sleep consultant specializing in newborns, infants, toddlers, and children with special needs, I offer personalized strategies and support to families seeking peaceful nights and well-rested days. But my mission goes beyond just sleep. As a certified Motherhood life coach, I provide invaluable tools and resources to help moms prepare for the arrival of a new baby, navigate the postpartum period with grace, and cultivate a healthier, happier lifestyle for themselves and their families.

I firmly believe that true empowerment comes from nurturing not just the physical needs of children, but also the emotional and mental well-being of mothers. Through my coaching programs and one-on-one sessions, I empower moms to prioritize self-care, set boundaries, and embrace the beautiful chaos of motherhood with confidence and resilience.

At Mindful Mother, I've created a warm and welcoming community where moms can come together to share their experiences, seek guidance, and find solidarity in the journey of parenthood. Whether it's through online support groups, workshops, or personalized coaching, I am dedicated to providing mothers with the support and encouragement they need to thrive!

It all started when my baby was 6 months old, she had reflux and we were not sleeping. Every time we put down my baby, she would wake up immediately or every 30 minutes… WE WERE EXHAUSTED! I hired a sleep consultant who taught me how to teach my little one to sleep independently. With the lessons my daughter has taught me as a mom, I help mothers with their baby’s unique sleep patterns and motherhood. I realized I had a purpose and decided to get certified, learn, and create programs that can help mothers in all stages, schedules, and goals. I realized that most mothers do not have a support system and I want to provide that!
